1. Information we collect
Name, company, email, phone and enquiry details. For payment we hold a record of the transaction through our payment processor (we do not hold card numbers). Each location has security cameras that record footage inside the space. We also collect aggregate analytics.
2. Purpose
Booking confirmation, guidance, quotation and billing, and service improvement. Camera footage is used for site safety and to establish damage, overstays and lost property.
3. Third parties
Not shared without consent except as required by law.
4. Publication of photos
Only with prior consent, and declining changes nothing.
5. Access and deletion
Contact us to access, correct or delete your data.
6. Retention
Your name, email, phone and message are deleted automatically twelve months after the booking date. The booking record itself - room, time and status - is kept for accounting, and contains no name or contact details. To apply the loyalty discount we keep only a one-way code that counts visits; it cannot be traced back to you. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a set period. Camera footage is deleted after ninety days.
7. Security
Access is limited to what the work requires. External services are used only where appropriate safeguards are in place.
8. Analytics
We may use analytics to improve the site. The data is aggregate and does not identify individuals; you can disable it in your browser.
