Business information.
This page sets out the business information and trading conditions required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. AZ SPACE rents six studios across Nagoya by the hour, for photography, exhibitions, trade showings and pop-up events.
Rates are published in full on each studio page, from JPY 6,500 to 15,800 per hour, tax included. The minimum booking is three hours; a full day runs 07:00-20:00 (13 hours) and is priced as ten hours. Consecutive days are discounted from the second day, and a second location on the same day is 10% off. There is no weekend or late-night surcharge.
Charges beyond the base rate are extensions, antique transport and setup, furniture swaps, photographer arrangement and waste disposal. All are published as actual figures or starting prices. Self load-in and bringing your own equipment are free.
Cancellation is free until eight days before. From seven to four days before, 50% of the fee applies; from three days before, 100%. Changes are accommodated subject to availability.
