| A credit card is required | Bookings made on this site are paid by credit card only. After you send the form we will show you a short page to register your card. Without it we cannot confirm the booking. Your card number is held by the payment processor, never by us. |

| Before your booking is confirmed | Sending the form does not yet make a booking. We hold the slot for three days and confirm by email. At this point we only place an authorisation on your card - nothing is taken. |
| When you are charged | We take payment by eight days before the booked date. Bookings confirmed after that point are charged on confirmation. |
| When your booking is far ahead | A card authorisation expires after a while, so we may renew it before your date. You may briefly see two authorisations on your statement. The older one is cancelled - only one is ever charged. |
| If you cancel | Free until 8 days before / 50% from 7 to 4 days / 100% from 3 days. If you cancel eight or more days ahead, nothing has been taken, so there is nothing to charge. |
| If the card is declined | We email you if the payment fails. If we cannot take payment before the booked date, we may cancel the booking. |
| If you stay past your booked time | We charge the extra hours at the standard rate, by the hour (for example, one hour over in a ¥6,500/hour room is ¥6,500). We check the departure time on the security recording. |
| If something is damaged | We charge the actual cost of repair or replacement. We send photographs and an itemised statement, and allow seven days for you to object. If we hear nothing, we charge the card on file. |
| If rubbish is left behind | JPY 1,000 per bag. |
| If furniture is left moved | No charge if normal cleaning restores it. We only charge where putting the space back takes work, and then at cost. |
| If you disagree with an additional charge | Tell us within the seven-day window. The automatic charge stops as soon as you do, and a person picks it up. |
| The cap on card charges | Additional charges taken from your card are capped at the amount of the booking itself. Anything beyond that is invoiced separately with an itemised statement. |
| Multi-day, two locations, or overnight | The site handles single-day bookings between 07:00 and 20:00. For anything longer, please get in touch - we quote and can invoice instead. |
